This beautiful terracotta vase is decorated in turquoise and cobalt-blue on a white ground with floral stems motifs, panels and bands of acanthus leaves and geometric patterns.

Multan is an historic centre of ceramics production based in the Punjab, North India (now Pakistan) which products (tiles, vases, plates…) are characterised by their vivid blues.
